      About the Society
     
    The Lanaudiere Genealogy Society was created on December 29, 1980, and on January 23, 1981, the Society officially sprung into life with Jacques Forest as its President. In 2006, with the help of a great group of volunteers, the Society celebrated its 25th anniversary.
